The Campus and BRC will be CLOSED Mon, May 28, Memorial Day, and Wed, Jul 4, Independence Day.
Summer Hours ~ Mon, May 28 - Fri, Jul 27, 2012.
Most administrative and department offices, services and facilities will be CLOSED on Fridays.
If you have business on campus or at the BRC, it would be advisable to call ahead to confirm office hours or to schedule appointments.
The best way to reach faculty during the summer is by email. Faculty email addresses are the first seven letters of the last name, followed by the first letter of the first name, then @sunyulster.edu.
Example: John Doe’s email address would be: doej@sunyulster.edu.
SECURITY is available 24/7. For weekday non-emergencies call 687-5023. For evenings, weekends and emergencies call 687-5221.
HEALTH SERVICES ~ The Nurse's Office (SEN 139) will be open regular hours Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm during the summer. The office will be CLOSED Monday through Friday, July 2-6, and reopen on Monday, July 9.
~ SUMMER HOURS ~
Administrative offices, department offices and most services and facilities will be CLOSED on Fridays during Jun-Jul, and office hours may differ from regular hours.
The following hours will be in effect:
ALL STUDENT SERVICE OFFICES ~ HOURS: Open 8:30AM - 4:30PM, CLOSED on Fridays June 1 thru July 27. (This includes Financial Aid, Learning Center, Registrar, Student Accounts, Student Development/Transfer Office/Career Services, and Student Support Services/TRiO.)
ACCOUNTING ~ HOURS: Open 8:30AM - 4:30PM, CLOSED on Fridays June 1 thru July 27.
ACES PROGRAM ~ Generally open Tue-Thu, 8am-5pm, or available by appointment, call 687-5073.
ADMISSIONS ~ Phone Calls will be accepted from 8:30-6:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday (Closed Fridays through July 30).
Walk-in’s and Appointments from 8:30-4:30 p.m., Monday –Thursday (Closed Fridays through July 30).

ART GALLERY ~ The Muroff-Kotler Gallery will show FUTURE VOICES V through Jun. 8, 2012, and then CLOSE. The Gallery office be CLOSED from Jun 15-Aug 17, and reopens on Aug 20. The Gallery will open with the Fall show on Sep 7.
ATHLETICS ~ The Physical Education/Athletics office will be open Mon-Fri for the month of May, 8:30-4:30 pm.
During Jun & Jul, the office will be OPEN on Wed and Thu ONLY.
Regular hours resume Jul 30: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm
BOOK STORE ~ Beginning May 21, the hours are Mon-Thu, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm,
Fridays - CLOSED. Regular houre resume Monday, August 13.
BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL STUDIES ~ Office (HAS 212) will be closed during the month of Jun & Jul.
Students are urged to contact their advisors via email for any questions or concerns.
BUSINESS RESOURCE CENTER, Kingston ~ BRC will be open Mon-Thu, 9am-5:30 pm, and Fri, 9am-4:30 pm all summer, CLOSED Sat-Sun.
CAFETERIA & COFFEE SHOP ~ The Cafeteria will be open May 21-Jun 21, Mon-Thu, 8:00am-1:15pm, CLOSED Fri-Sun.
No Evening hours until Aug 27.
The Coffee shop is closed until Aug 27.

Lisa Savage (Lab & Chemical Safety Officer) will be in daily, in her office (BUR 105D) or in one of the labs.

NAUTILUS & WEIGHT ROOM ~ CLOSED May 15-Aug 26, re-open on Mon, Aug 27 at 9 am.
