Qi Gong literally means â€œenergy cultivationâ€. In the practice of Qi Gong we cultivate how we use our own innate energy, our Qi, Prana or Life Force, which in turn will enhance our health on all levels. This simple but powerful mindful movement can help those in recovery from surgery and illnesses as well. The exercises are highly intentional, and through intention and breath we are able to manipulate the various subtle energies of the body, mind and spirit.
