Registration Opens for 5th Annual Conference Scheduled for June 6th
January 29, 2019 – Stone Ridge, NY – Own It! Entrepreneurial Women’s Conference at SUNY Ulster announces its keynote speaker for the June 6th, 2019 event as Natalie Zfat, social media entrepreneur and Forbes contributor. The one day conference runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Stone Ridge campus of SUNY Ulster.
Natalie Zfat is a sought-after social media expert who has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Samsung, WeWork, Microsoft and Marriott International. Emceeing award shows, hosting videos, and implementing full-scale social media takeovers, Zfat earns millions of impressions for her client-brands. Zfat loves sharing her thought leadership in her Forbes column, on television, and at conferences and universities, including the Today Show, NPR, Carnegie Mellon, NYU Stern School of Business, SXSW, and CES. Her social media community of 500K followers are dreamers, doers, and entrepreneurs - from college students to CEOs.
Natalie’s talk will reflect the theme of this year’s Own It! Conference, It’s Your Time: Own It! In her keynote, she will share her story of landing her dream job writing for Rolling Stone at the age of 21, recognizing the growing demand for digital and starting her social media consulting company in 2010, earning the praise of her former boss, Rolling Stone film critic Peter Travers. “Zfat is an institution,” Travers wrote. Additionally, this year, WeWork honored Zfat for having “cracked the code of the freelance economy.”
