Open Registration for New ‘AdultEDge’ for Fall 2017

Information Sessions for Busy Adult Learners on May 17, June 6, 14 & 22

SUNY Ulster opens registration for a new program to help busy adults gain a degree or credential in programs with regional job growth. AdultEDge offers programs in Business, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Technology, Health, and the Environment at a pace and format designed specifically for adult students.

Affordable and convenient, AdultEdge programs are located at the Kingston Center of SUNY Ulster at 94 Mary’s Ave. in Kingston. Evening, accelerated, and online class formats allow for maximum flexibility. Adult students also have the potential to earn credit for college-level learning acquired through work and life experience.

Through AdultEDge, SUNY Ulster is not only developing a hassle-free path to enrollment, but personalized academic success plans and ongoing support tailored to adult needs. Classes will draw on the rich experiences of adult students.

AdultEDge serves the needs of Ulster County residents looking to establish a better career path, set an example for children, or gain a credential to validate years of on-the-job experience, whether a first-time or returning student. SUNY Ulster also has a long tradition of being named a ‘Top Military Friendly Institution’ and is approved under the Veteran’s Educational Assistance Act (GI Bill) and the Dependent’s Act.

AdultEDge Information Sessions are scheduled for May 17, June 6, June 14, & June 22. All sessions will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the Kingston Center of SUNY Ulster.
